SUCCESSFUL ROLL-OUT OF THE MULTI-CONTRACT PAYROLL ENGINE OF THE CATHOLIC UNIVERSITY OF LEUVEN (UCL)

In 2009, Belgium's Catholic University of Leuven (UCL) decided to replace its payroll engine with the multi-contract solution offered by Persolis.

 

The changeover was effected successfully in May 2010 after two months of parallel testing. One of the greatest challenges involved in this switch was to guarantee data recalculation in line with data initially calculated by the previous payroll engine.

The launch was completed without any significant problems, and the new system now enables our client to process multi-contract payroll data in a single run.

At the same time, the payslip was redesigned using Adobe Interactive Forms. The accountant interface and the payment orders were adapted.
