The PERSOLIS approach divides attendance management into logical units: recording, interpretation and valuation. It enables us to master the complexity of your time/attendance management processes to not only make them transparent and reliable, but also to ensure the required degree of flexibility.

With regard to organisation, we will interface with you to define the relevant roles and responsibilities, between hierarchical validation as appropriate (through self-service applications), the financial departments for cost follow-up, and the HR department. Clear, efficient time/attendance management within your organisation requires effective mastery of your processes. This is where we come in.

 

SYSTEM

The added value of the systems we propose to implement is two-fold: they are based on centralised repositories and powerful engines to process time/attendance data, and they create scope to access information through self-service interfaces.

The IT solutions we can implement on your behalf will enable you to manage the theoretical work schedules (planned attendance) of individual staff members within a centralised database linked to administrative data. Moreover, the interpretation engines will notably enable you to feed this data into your payroll.

As part of our remit, we can also analyse and produce the interfaces for your time/attendance management chain, both upstream (with the time-recording systems) and downstream (payroll, internal or external).

And, with these self-service applications, we will enable you to make the time and attendance information available to your staff (consultation of quotas etc.) and to support your processes through workflows, such as leave requests (introduced by individual staff members and approved by their supervisor), validation of actual attendance and so forth.
