Selecting new tools or implementation partners, initiating an HR transformation project (with or without an associated IT system), tackling the additional workload linked to the implementation of a project (for example, with regard to the definition of the specifications, testing or the organisation of training programmes) – there are a lot atypical situations involved in this type of project. Individual organisations are not always ideally equipped to tackle these single-handedly in their interactions with their service providers, simply because these activities deviate from standard operational practice.

- Selection of tools and service providers: writing calls for tender and technical specifications, defining the evaluation process (document templates, forms, development of prototyping scenarios, etc.), follow-up at all stages until the contract is awarded.

- Ensure the legal conformity of your IT system: legislation is constantly evolving, and this evolution must be reflected in your IT systems. Whether these changes are to the benefit of your staff or reduce the various costs to the advantage of the organisation, we will analyse your systems and provide a status report highlighting aspects of interest.
